Fast and fun 951. “This is my third 944 Turbo. I purchased it from a friend when he decided to stop doing track events. We had built nearly identical 944 Turbos; the same components, horsepower, etc. Our track times were very close. When he got this car, he was blowing me away. I know he didn't get that much better; it had to be this car. The difference ought to be the low-end torque. This car comes out of corners with so much power, it is amazing to push GT3's through the twisties. I've had more than a few drivers ask, "What have you got in that thing?" This is a well-sorted, fast, 944 Turbo S. The car has been well-maintained with lots of spares. Ready to get on track.”
The weight is 2,332 lbs dry. Dyno'ed 325HP. Front brakes are 993 Turbo. They are black, but known as Big Reds. Seat belts are FIA 2027 and 2028. Side plexi windows are supplied. Watkins Glen and VIR time is 2:07, Thunderbolt 1:32, Lightning 1:13, Mid-Ohio 1:40, Summit Point Main 1:21. All times with low boost position, approx. 12.8 lbs.
