Blown Big Block Chevrolet 454 high-performance engine, featuring a 2-bolt main block upgraded with a main girdle and ARP studs for enhanced strength and durability.
The rotating assembly includes a K1 4340 forged steel crankshaft with dual keyway, paired with Eagle H-beam 4340 forged connecting rods and 0.040” over forged TRW pistons. The engine has been fitted with new piston rings and ACL Race Series bearings, and has been fully machined, checked, and precision balanced.
Equipped with a Romac harmonic balancer and SFI-approved flexplate. Cylinder heads are brand new AFR Enforcer units, secured with ARP studs.
Valve train features a Marshall hydraulic roller camshaft, Johnson lifters, and a Rollmaster timing chain set, complemented by stainless steel roller rockers. Lubrication is handled by a Mellings high-performance oil pump and a large-capacity HQ/Chev sump.
Cooling is managed via a CVR electric water pump. Ignition system includes an MSD distributor.
Induction setup consists of a new Weiand supercharger, Rude Ron’s 4-inch spacer, and twin reconditioned 750 CFM Holley blower carburetors.
